Shipping Information:

Orders are typically mailed within 24-48 hours once the order has been placed.

We currently ship three days a week - Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Why? Because we are a small business and these are the days our shipping staff come in.

All packages are shipped with USPS tracking numbers. However, because we are a small business, we don't have the personnel to have someone updating the website with tracking information, so even though your package will be shipped within the 2-day time frame mentioned above, you won't find the tracking number on the website. If your package has not reached you within 7 business days, contact us and we'll send you the USPS tracking number. Keep in mind that first class mail typically takes 3-4 days to deliver. Canadian orders take a little longer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All sales are final and there are no returns. The reason for this policy, which we strictly adhere to, is that DVDs and other media are easily copied these days. We will only replace defective DVDs once the defective DVD has been returned to us. Shipping and handling charges are never refundable. NOTE: Some DVDs may be manufactured outside the United States which is why it's important to ask questions first before making a purchase. (Note: Learn to avoid counterfeit DVDs. Visit http://counterfeitdvdwebsites.yolasite.com/ for a list of sites to steer clear of.)

Frequently Asked Questions:

Are the DVDs you sell new or used?

All the DVDs at this site (Red Dog Video) are new. We also have another website at www.sasquatchvideo.net where we carry all the titles you can find here plus approximately 600 more titles not listed at Red Dog Video. For the most part, the videos you'll find at our other site are also new, although we do have a small number of used items there. If they're used, this will be mentioned in the item description.

Are your DVDs formatted to play in the US?

Yes they are. Every DVD sold at this site is formatted to play in the US and Canada.

Do you offer discount coupons?

The costs of maintaining the Red Dog site (transaction costs, monthly site fees, etc.) keep us from offering discounts here. However, since the fees are smaller at our other site www.sasquatchvideo.net we are able to offer a few deals, including 10% off purchases of $50 or more, and free copies of certain movies (Song of the South, Drop Dead Fred, Last of the Dogmen) when you make a bulk purchase.

For more details, go to www.sasquatchvideo.net and click on the "promotion codes" link below the site logo.

How will my DVDs ship?

All DVDs ship via USPS First Class. Larger orders are usually upgraded to priority mail.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to any address within the United States for one DVD is $4.25. This includes the cost of postage, packaging material and delivery confirmation. Shipping bulk orders is typically a little more.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship to Canada. The shipping costs vary from Provence to Provence.

Do you accept PayPal?

We don't accept PayPal for two reasons: first, their fees for merchants are too high; and second, when we did use PayPal, our account was hacked twice. So, despite their claims of being the most "loved" way of transferring money on the internet, we really don't love them all that much. If you would like to pay by money order (we don't accept personal checks), please email first for directions. Regarding phone orders, we are not set up to take them at this time.

What happens if my DVD doesn’t work?

In the rare instance that you receive a defective DVD, there is no need to panic! We will replace any defective DVDs, free of charge upon return of the defective DVD. Just send us an email beforehand. Also, a note explaining what the defect is must accompany the returned DVD. Before returning what you believe to be a defective DVD, you should first try playing it in another DVD player, or your computer's DVD drive. Oftentimes, a DVD won't play correctly on older DVD players. But don't worry. It's very rare that our DVDs are defective. But like with any product, it does happen from time to time.

If the DVD doesn't work, why do I have to return it?

Because we need to return it to the manufacturer. Please contact us first before returning a defective DVD for replacement. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the DVD.

Would you replace one title with another?

No. Replacements are made for the same title only. In the event that the DVD is out of stock or no longer available, you will receive a full refund.

What if the post office loses or damages a DVD?

We ship with delivery confirmation. If the post office loses your DVD, it will be replaced. Same thing if the post office damages it. In case of a damaged disc, it must be returned to us so that we can send it back to the manufacturer before we can replace it. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. So make sure you give us your complete shipping address.
